an urban oasis for upscale or offbeat retreats—with sauna and yoga packages for teams or loved ones, because burnout is out.
just minutes from downtown fargo, indulge in a rejuvenating retreat at our private studio. unwind with a soothing three-part thermal cycle. start with a sauna session for a penetrating and relaxing sweat. heat opens pores, increases blood flow, and promotes sweating. after that, cool down: take a cold shower (or plunge!), step outside to a private yard surrounded by trees and the red river; or have a seat on our meditation cushions. cold shock stimulates the body, closes pores, and improves blood circulation. we end with rehydrating and resting. during this time, the body recovers from the thermal shock, and the release of endorphins (often referred to as "happiness hormones") can lead to a sense of calm and well-being. splurge with a significant other, or bring your besties.
sometimes, you just need time and space to think better. we believe productivity is not about what you do. it's about how you are. you are the product, and when you're well rested and resourced, you do your best work. we want to help your small team think and be better. in addition to the sauna, studio nomo is equipped with a whiteboard, chairs or cushions, everything you need to bring your own food, and surround sound (dance party anyone?) got a small team in need of a retreat? contact us for personalized options, or pick a package below.
step beyond traditional coaching sessions and immerse yourself in a thermal cycle experience, where guided self-reflection happens while moving through phases of heat, cold, and rest. instead of sitting in an office, solely analyzing thoughts, you’ll engage your entire body as a tool for self-discovery—observing how stress, resilience, and emotional patterns emerge in real time. as for the yoga, at heart, ashley is a storyteller. specializing in a highly-narrative form of yoga (acting out yoga battles anyone?) ashley's classes are a dynamic way to explore the self. together, we engage in a physical dialogue with our limitations, strengths, and emotions. moving through poses with awareness teaches us how we react to adversity, where we hold tension, and how to channel energy with intention rather than impulse. unlike passive reflection, this active practice creates a felt experience of self-discovery, revealing truths about our resilience, adaptability, and capacity for mindful action.
