By booking a session with Ashley Thornberg, LLC (dba Studio NoMo) you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

2. Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that the use of a sauna involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Ashley Thornberg, LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages related to injury, loss, or property damage.

3. Health and Safety

• Guests should consult a doctor before using the sauna, especially if they have medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues.
• Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited before and during the session.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided. Failure to do so may result in termination of the session without a refund.

4. Conduct and Property Use

• Guests must respect the property and equipment. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial responsibility.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes.

6. Agreement to Terms
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
