We're a neighborhood-based business and we want to respect our neighbors. We ask that you please park in our driveway as much as possible. Additionally, there is parking along 5th Ave N in Moorhead


People with certain health conditions, or who are ill, should avoid using a sauna. You should also avoid using a sauna if you've consumed alcohol.

Health Conditions

  • Heart disease: People with heart disease, unstable angina, or abnormal heart rhythm should consult a doctor before using a sauna.
     
  • High blood pressure: People with uncontrolled high blood pressure should consult a doctor before using a sauna.
     
  • Diabetes: People with diabetes should consult a doctor before using a sauna.
     
  • Kidney problems: People with kidney problems should avoid using a sauna.
     
  • Liver problems: People with liver problems should avoid using a sauna.
     
  • Skin conditions: People with skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis should avoid using a sauna.
     
  • Inflammation: People with inflammation, fever, or acute infection should avoid using a sauna.
     

Illness

  • People who are ill should wait until they recover before using a sauna.
     
  • People with the flu or cold should avoid using a sauna.
     

Alcohol

  • You should avoid using a sauna while under the influence of alcohol.
     
  • Alcohol can increase the risk of dehydration, arrhythmia, hypotension, and sudden death.
     

Dehydration

  • The heat and humidity in a sauna can cause you to sweat, leading to dehydration.
     
  • You should stay hydrated before and during your sauna session.
