Zach builds things.  A man of few words, he speaks in projects and understands how things work. Whether it's ALWAYS having the right tool, preventing problems, or fixing someone else's mistake, he excels at coming in clutch. He's a boulder: strong, grounded, and unmoveable. 

Ashley builds experiences. A woman of many words, she understands how people work and will make you feel supported, and welcome. Whether it's through yoga,  coaching, or being weird, she excels at meeting you where you're at. She's a  hummingbird: light, agile, and always moving.

After many winter depressions, Ashley told Zach, “sauna or divorce.” He built NoMo. She re-built herself.  Both were hard.  At Studio NoMo, we think of health as generational wealth. We believe rest is sacred, play is a devotional practice, and listening is an act of love.
